Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment is very important to us and time is allotted especially for you. If you need to reschedule, we request at least 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.Cancellations must be given to front desk over the phone or in person, not left on a voicemail.

Late Arrivals/Missed Appointments

We reserve the right to charge for any appointments missed without notice. No shows will be charged the full amount of service at their next scheduled appointment. Clients with two consecutive cancellations will no longer be booked. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment will begin at arrival and end when the next client arrives.

 

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, the salon will try to call and confirm your appointments on the business day prior to your appointment. However, in the event we are unable to call or reach you, please understand it your responsibility to remember the dates and times of your appointment and to avoid cancellations or missed appointments.

 

Consultations

Consultations are required for new color clients and Microblading clients. Consultations are complimentary and must be scheduled.

 

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are always welcome, however, appointments are recommended.

 

Deposits

New Clients and Spa packages require a Deposit is required upon booking. Amount determined by service provided. 

 

Pre-payment / Payment 

Payment in full is required for all Packages and clients with consecutive missed appointments. Payment for services is required upon completion. Prices may vary based upon the request of the client, health of the hair, etc. If the price is a determining factor, please ask your service provider for a total price prior to the start of your service. We accept: 

MasterCard, Visa and Cash. We do not accept checks, Discover or Mastercard.

 

Return Policy/ Shipping

Retail product may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt for exchange only. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. 

Must have receipt or proof of purchase. 

Clients are responsible for all shipping/mailing costs for products or gift cards.
